Steve prides himself on being responsive to the needs of his clients and their members. His goal is to create the best possible client outcomes by providing accurate, user friendly and useful information that enhances an association’s value to its members and its industry or profession.
With over 25 years of experience in association research, there’s not a whole lot Steve hasn’t seen and dealt with, and he uses his experience and expertise to make his clients’ lives easier.
As a co-owner of Industry Insights, Steve’s philosophy is to hire great people and get out of their way. This creates an environment of empowerment where everyone on the team is equipped to be proactive and do whatever it takes to meet the needs of the client.
In his personal life, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and is actively involved in his community’s girls’ sports programs, serving on the softball Board of Directors and coaching softball and basketball. He is an avid baseball and Ohio State University sports fan, and enjoys reading, playing softball and basketball, and collecting vintage comic books and original artwork.
Steve received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
