Shawn would like all of his clients to feel like they are his only client by swiftly responding to their needs and requests. With over 25 years of experience, Shawn heads up the compensation and benefits survey division. Behind the scenes, he’s heavily involved in the financial aspect of Industry Insights and ensuring the company stays focused on their vision and goals.
Being attentive to the client’s needs is a high value to Shawn, which means he is thorough in his process and follows through till completion. Shawn always strives to find a way to meet the needs of Industry Insights’ clients, with a personal goal to go above and beyond their expectations. To Shawn, this means his clients will be proud of the work Industry Insights does for them.
Outside of the office, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, going to amusement parks, traveling, shopping, tennis and golf. He loves automobiles and tends to be driving a different one every few years. Shawn is also actively involved in Westminster College’s alumni association.
Shawn received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Westminster College and a Master’s Degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
